Santosh Umapathy (MBA-Finance)
Managing Director
Santosh Umapathy is the founder of Prosift Enterprises Private Limited a subsidiary of Prudenz LLC, USA, Santosh had built a clientele across multiple sectors both publicly and privately seeking to grow and surpass industry standards for his clients in financial services.
Santosh attended Wilmington University in Delaware. He was President of the Indian Student Administration and was elected an Ambassador for Wilmington University. Santosh obtained his BS in Business Management and a Minor in Legal Studies and Economics and went on to receive his MBA in Finance. After graduating, Santosh wanted to use his knowledge for business and finance and combine it with his passion he shared with his father, aviation. Santosh attended Embry Riddle Aeronautic University receiving his MBA in Aviation Management.
Santosh, a native of Dover Delaware, began his career by advising corporations as a business consultant for the two largest workflow management companies in the country. After, he transitioned from advising businesses to advising individuals for one of the nation's top independent advisory firms. He focused on serving high net-worth families. He trained under two of the financial industry’s million dollar round table advisors.
Through his vast array of leadership opportunities, management and business studies, Santosh created Prudenz LLC and began networking to build business partnerships globally. He started Prudenz with the exact same knowledge and foundation that he learned from his previous experience without the boundaries, limited biased advice, and services and products instituted solely by the firm. Santosh's goal was to allow for a truly unbiased and most efficient financial plan that can serve his clients. He now serves clients in, but not limited to, DE, PA, MD, VA, NJ, NY as well as globally. Prudenz has become more than a goal and stepping stone to more fluent financial planning, it is now a mission he is committed to sharing worldwide.
Pradeep Kumar Ravichandar
Director
Pradeep Kumar Ravichandar, Director, is a young dynamic Entrepreneur and a go getter. He has a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He started his carrier as a Senior Admin Associate with Tata Consulting Services actively involved in maintaining the daily office admin routines by effectively implementing CRM technics to manage the clients’ needs and as well monitor the meeting schedules of Senior Executives and their travel arrangements both domestic and international.
In year 2013, Pradeep started a proprietary trading company in Chennai in the name of SPANTHA TRADERS to trade Cement and Fly Ash to wholesale market, whichmostly catered to the bulk end users. Successfully negotiated new contracts with vendors, saving the marketing budget and spearheaded the sales from 100 MT to 3000 MT per month achieving an annual turnover of more than INR 24 crores. Achieved a proven record in managing product launches that increase brand awareness and sales. Actively involved in recruiting and training marketing and salespeople improving overall sales target year on year by 10%. Effectively managed the entire operations that includes supply chain and logistics.
